The Patch Boys of Greater Tucson is a leading drywall repair company serving the Tucson area, and we are looking for a motivated, commission-based Estimator to join our team. If you have experience in drywall, construction, or home repair services and are driven to succeed, this opportunity is for you. As an Estimator, you’ll assess residential and commercial drywall projects, provide detailed estimates, and earn commission on every project you secure.

This is a commission-only role, perfect for someone who thrives in a results-driven environment and wants the potential to significantly increase their income based on performance.

**Responsibilities:**

- Conduct on-site assessments to evaluate drywall repair needs, including patching, texturing, water damage, and crack repairs.

- Prepare accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for clients.

- Present and explain estimates to clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any questions or concerns.

- Collaborate with the project team to ensure smooth handoff from estimate to job execution.

- Follow up on open estimates to close sales and secure new projects.

- Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring repeat business and referrals.

**What We Offer:**

- **Commission-Based Pay:** 8% commission on residential projects, 5% commission on commercial projects.

- **Earning Potential:** No cap on your commission! The more you sell, the more you earn.

- **Incentives:** Additional 2% commission for sales over $200,000 in a quarter.

**Qualifications:**

- Experience in estimating or a related field (drywall, construction, or home repair preferred).

- Strong understanding of drywall repair processes, including patching, mudding, taping, and texturing.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a desire to earn high commissions.

- Reliable transportation to travel to job sites for estimates.
